Design Development
Once a direction is chosen, we develop it in detail. Materials, systems, and specifications are resolved. You'll see exactly what you're getting before a single permit is filed.
Construction Documents
We produce a complete set of drawings and specifications — precise enough for accurate contractor bids and compliant with all local building codes and zoning requirements.
Permitting & Bidding
We manage the permit submission process and help you evaluate contractor proposals. Our documents are thorough, which means fewer surprises and more competitive bids.
Construction Administration
We stay involved during construction — reviewing submittals, answering contractor questions, and making site visits to ensure the work matches the design intent.
